Rental extends from Saturday to Saturday, arrival is between 16:00 and 19:00, departure at 10:00.
A reservation instalment of 30% of rental price must be received no later than 7 days after taking a rental option. A rental contract will be sent to you as soon as the first instalment has arrived.
The 70 % balance will be settled 30 days at the latest before the beginning of the stay.
A 450 € security deposit for the « Casa » and of € 200 for the « Casina » will be paid in cash at arrival. This deposit will be returned to you at departure, after house check.
If available, both houses can be rented together by the same group (for a maximum of 11 persons).
The 2 houses are rented for the maximum number of tenants indicated in the description, any number exceeding this will lead to the immediate termination of the rental agreement without compensation or reimbursement.
Animals are not allowed
Sheets and towels are provided and changed every week.
Central heating will be paid by tenants according to consumption (seasonal)
A baby cot can be provided free of charge
Extra cleaning at the rate of €14.- / hour
